Management Board of Dong Dang Border Gate Economic Zone established
The Provincial People’s Committee of Lang Son on January 1 organised a ceremony to make public the Prime Minister decision on the establishment of the Management Board of the Dong Dang Border Gate Economic Zone.
Accordingly, the management board, a State functional agency under the Lang Son People’s Committee, is assigned to perform State management of the Dong Dang Economic Zone as well as other industrial parks in the locality.
The board will supply public administrative services and other supporting services relating to investment, trading, producing activities for investors in the economic zones and other industrial parks in Lang Son.
The Dong Dang Bordergate Economic Zone covers 394 square kilometres. It is designed to be a general, multi-functional economic zone. The zone is divided into two areas: tariff and non-tariff areas. (Nhan Dan)
