Mid-term CG meeting for 2009 to be held in Central Highlands
The Prime Minister has agreed in principle to let the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MoIP) coordinate with the World Bank and donors in organising the mid-term Consultative Group (CG) Meeting in the Central Highlands.
The PM authorised the MoIP to work with relevant agencies to supervise regulations to accelerate the implementation and effective use of ODA projects. They will negotiate with representatives of the Japanese Government and implement activities of the joint-committee for corruption prevention in ODA implementation to resume projects related to the Japanese Pacific Construction and Consultant Company and the Japanese Government’s ODA commitment.
