Jul 1( Bloomberg) — Citigroup Inc. is shopping a interest in Vietnam’s Horizon Securities Corp., according to dual people with believe of a matter.
A U.S. bank concluded to take 9.9 percent of closely hold Horizon for an undisclosed volume yesterday, a dual people pronounced, disappearing to be identified prior to a open announcement.
A contract was reported progressing currently by a Wall Street Journal.
